let me explain what to expect from your Natural Beaded Rows experience.

-my clients always start out the NBR journey will filling out my form, it’s really simple and it just lets me know more about you, where your hair has been and where you’re wanting to take it. This helps me see YOU, not just a Pinterest photo but you as a potential client of NOVA STRANDS.

-Next is a phone consultation where you get to hear directly from me and I get to hear from you and we have a opportunity to go over your form and I can communicate with you about NBR and what it can do for you in achieve your goals.

-Day of appointment we will go over again what your goals are and I will communicate with you what the plan is for your hair. We have a wide variety of beverages available for you during your appointment we we will order you lunch as well so you are truly cared for from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
we will be taking photos and video content. I always message my clients the day before to come in wearing a simple clean top either black or white for photos. One of my favorite things is to see how clients energy completely lights up and shifts after the appointment it’s literally lights my soul on fire!
after the appointment is over I will go over product recommendations and the care instruction for your hair but don’t worry I have a care card I will text or email to you (whichever you prefer) so you will know how to care for your investment.
