The OG pizza at Zalat gave its 2 week notice for retirement on 4/6/2023. We’re sad to see such an old school pizza go, but we’re deeply grateful for its commitment to our customers over the last 8 years so we held an intimate party at the corporate office. In retirement, the OG plans to take a family RV road trip with its 3 children, take up fishing at White Rock Lake, re-watch all of the Gilmore Girls episodes, and possibly become vegan.
