WEIGHT AND S*X!!!
Since I got the go ahead, let's talk about it. Are you big, thick, fat, or obese?

There is an interesting correlation between s*x and the amount of meat that covers your bones. Like it or not if your bones have to trust God to carry all those kisses everytime you get out of bed, then you have a problem.

There are those of us who are blessed to walk in abundance of flesh but you're not unhealthy, you're just big naturally. You eat right exercise and you have a good idea of what to do with your spouse in bed based on you body morphology....If you're in the group, this is not your post.

I'm talking about people who eat indiscriminately, people with a lust for food and they can see themselves adding weight, they don't bother doing anything about it. They get defensive and the mere hint that it is hard to tell if they're going or coming because they look the same from all angles.

I don't know what happens to most men, (myself included) when you get married, your stomach goes before you and if you're not careful, it's only a matter of time before you can see your feet or tie your shoe lace.

When I hit 40, climbing stairs was a prayer item and my knees had a song 🎵 that was mostly out of tune and I didn't know what to do. My friend Rev. Ken Aringo was launching his book (please buy the book) I remember looking at a photo that we had taken...I was supposedly the other guy next to him but I couldn't recognize myself. I was overweight and you can see me trying to suck in my protruding pot belly for the optics. I think people were just being nice to me. It's only one Pastor who was brave enough to tell me after inviting me to his conference that I should make urgent plans not to go beyond that weight. I needed to do something about it. My performance in the sack had plateued and I was miserable. I had to make a choice....I did it! Thats my current look..I'm leaner, not much muscle development but I feel good and Moochie agrees that I look good too.

As spouses, we must be willing to talk about our bodies, and how we feel in an honest but gracious manner. There needs to be some physical attraction...if you like each other big and you don't mind the mountains of flesh, that's fine.

As men we need to style up. Some of us are too brash and dismissive with how we tell their wives. The timing, your choice of words, intonation and even the suggestions you give can be so tactless. That's wrong, you can't expect to have hot s*x with your wife that you just called a pig.😕

Wives, some of you are funny. You look at yourself in the mirror and you're bursting at the seams. You have 3 stomachs and your waist is like fresh croissants and no your weighing scale is working perfectly and then you ask your husband....(I will address this in a separate post)...

Jamaas, you know you need help if you can only make love in one position because you're too heavy to move around and you don't even have the luxury to become creative because well even removing your underwear is like going on spiritual warfare.😉 It gets trapped in between layers of folded flesh and you take a minimum of 5 minutes to remove it unaided...(we will talk about this)

Fellas, this Saturday...we go raw and we are talking about the in Marriages. We hide behind our collective narrative of how God is good and blessing us and our sijui nini...mara eehh and yet 94% of our bedrooms are in the freezer ...its cold, dead or dying....
