Finished work on II-VI Incorporated, a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components. The Company produces a wide variety of application-specific photonic and electronic materials and components, and deploys them in various forms, including integrated with advanced software to support our customers.

We recently performed a Tenant Improvement project for Architectural Glass & Aluminum (AGA). The space is about 175,000 Sq Ft and was retrofitted to the leasee's manufacturing and office needs.

Break time! Our took a break to load up and deliver METCON's of school supplies to Castro Valley Rotary Club and Alameda Point Collaborative.

is excited to announce the recent hire of Michael Ditzel to the role of Project Engineer. We are so excited to welcome Michael as a graduate from Cal State Chico! METCON is still hiring great people.

This month both Seth Wilson, Business Developer and Thomas Corliss, General Superintendent hit one year with Metcon! What a great year we’ve had with them and we are all excited for what’s to come.

METCON completed 5 consecutive tenant improvements for landlord Hines. Scope involved moving 4 floors of tenants from an existing building to another. The new building was taken from an existing suite, demolished down to white box, and then built to match the clients' previous suite.

We want to work on your space and help your business grow by creating efficient space to maximizes the appeal and experience for the buying public. The Metcon team has multi level experience in Retail and Food Service construction and will partner to dialogue every detail with a final result that ends in amazing returns.

METCON built out the SEI Headquarters location in San Rafael. Check out the beautiful design, open concept spaces, and inviting offices. SEI is an environmental nonprofit that builds leaders to drive sustainability solutions.

BIG GAME DAY for Dub Nation. Klay Thompson has not played a game since tearing his left ACL in Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors on June 13. Thompson then tore his right Achilles in November of 2020.
Today, he makes his return against the Cavs.
We are excited to see him play again and his dedication and persistence in returning is motivation to all of us.
