do you take photos of your work?

i am constantly taking photos of my work, and every step of the way, even if i never post them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
the first time i had to take photos of my work throughout the service i was really annoyed. i don’t have time to take a photo every 5 seconds, especially when i am super focused and learning something new…. which is EXACTLY when you should be taking photos.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
after every appointment i reflect on what i did, what i liked, what i didn’t like, what i would change, what i would do again. then 9 times out of 10 i talk about it with my coworkers and my assistant because i am a ju**ie for constantly growing my craft and thinking of new ways of doing things. this is what i love so much about my job.

so the next time i take an awkward photo of the back or side of your head— you’ll know why!

took a little vacay for no reason at all. and it was amazing.

i had zero agenda, took myself to lunch, never set an alarm & woke up with the sunrise. did a little shopping and little wandering around, had some quality time with , the best sushi and the best drinks.

it was the perfect getaway 🤍 now back to my favorite spot and i am so ready to create

this year….. i’m leaning in and saying yes when my anxiety is telling me NO

every time i go on any sort of vacay it really just makes me want to live that life and bring that home. that’s how i want you to feel when you come to the salon.

i want you to feel treated, spoiled and leave feeling refreshed and better than when you came in.

that’s my behind the chair goal this year, to always make you feel amazing, because you deserve it, and because that feeling also brings me joy 🖤.

i LOVE a new year— a new opportunity to wake up and live the life of your dreams.

i had the best little vacay with my family this holiday season, it was full of quality time with my sweet little family and i am so grateful to have had this time with them.

now back to business ✨

this year i decided not only am i going to make a few new goals, but also i am going to make sure to take a moment to honor where i am, what i have accomplished in 2021, what i am grateful for, some moments to build on and some moments to cherish.
