Getting ready for tonight’s Cocktail class!

Chef Bernard making classic hollandaise sauce at last week's Zwillingfest cooking demo! Look closely and you'll notice he's not using a double boiler - he's making the sauce directly over heat using a Demeyer Atlantis 7-ply Saucier🤯🤯. The sauce was perfect and oh so delicious!!😋😋

We had a fantastic public class last night - Intro to Thai Cooking. The class made a spicy cucumber salad, coconut curry soup, pad Thai, and bananas flambé. The food was outstanding, but the dramatic highlight of the class may have been flambéing the bananas!
