Sold three pieces of furniture in the midst of an ice storm and power outages all over the metro area. Too bad my snow day kiddos kept me too busy to paint…looks like im playing catch up this weekend!

A few “solds” from a busy weekend. 6 pieces are leaving our garage between today and tomorrow, and a huge table and chair set (custom order) is being picked up mid-week. Time to clean the garage 😂

It’s been a busy week/weekend! Sold 4 pieces and finished a huge custom.
Time to relax 😂

And to think this was very close to being firewood at one point…the pine veneer top definitely threw me for a loop - so yellow, so ugly!
Now to paint the sides and fix up the hardware….

It’s taken 6 months and LOTS of test pieces to finally figure out how to replicate the popular aged wood look EXACTLY. I am so excited right now! This lovely table is actually mine, my 13 year old and her friend carved their names into it 8 years ago and I’ve been trying to decide how to refinish it ever since. I wanted to keep the legs as is since they match the beautifully upholstered chairs🥰

This was such a fun find by my 13 year old while I was at my day job🙂
She negotiated the price down into reasonable territory (all by herself), paid, and then called and said uh mommy this doesn’t fit in the sitters car you’d better come get it 😂
And it turned out beautifully after I refinished it. So blessed to have my whole family help and support me in my business!
