Just wrapped up phase 1 of the interior remodel at Lake Ripley Elementary School in Litchfield, MN. Looking forward to being back in 2022 to complete phase 2.

Once again enjoyed partnering with Wold Architects & Engineers.

Upon completion of the Lake Ripley Elementary interior remodel in Litchfield, MN our Project Superintendent took it upon himself to create a custom wall hanging of the Lake Ripley mascot (The Dragons) as a gift to the school. Shown here presenting to the school Principal, Chris Olson.

Putting the finishing touches on the Garden House at The Tamarack Nature Center in White Bear Lake. Interior & Exterior remodel. We love partnering on projects that have a lasting impact on the community.

Construction Results Corp is seeking a Construction Superintendent for various sized projects in the commercial construction field. Construction Results has been serving the Twin Cities area for over 20 years. When you join Construction Results, you become part of a team that is committed to quality, integrity, safety and service. Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage all day to day activities on the job site.
· Timely communication with all subcontractors on sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
· Assist project manager with schedule development and maintaining look ahead
· Lead weekly foreman/ coordination meetings.
· Manage the job site to make sure we have a safe and professional workplace.
Qualifications:
· Commercial working superintendent experience.
Skills:
· Computer Skills- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Procore
