Last night, Isaiah Ronning broke the West Lutheran All-Time Leading Scorer school record of 1,749 points with a 3 point shot in the early minutes of the game versus Parnassus Prep. Congratulations Isaiah!

Pastor Schuler lead us in worship today and the West Chapel Band graced us with the "Reformation Song".

After Pastor Brian Krueger's (Bloomington Living Hope - Shakopee, MN) chapel blessing, our Chapel Band students closed our service with "The Lord's Prayer (It's Yours)". The was a blessing as it left our chapel goes with the reminder that the Lord is our Great Provider in all things. Words and Music by Bryan Fowler, Matt Maher, and Jacob Sooter. Pastor Brian Krueger from Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran Church and School (Shakopee, MN) gave chapel today and joined in performing the song "Christ Our Hope in Life and Death" along with student Lilly Hollander and Instructors Rebecca Figueroa and Kari Hahm. Pastor Krueger's message today focused on the hope that we have in Christ on our best days and our worst days. Music by Keith Getty, Matt Boswell, Jordan Kauflin, Matt Merker, and Matt Papa. Today's chapel was led by senior Jacob Bergstrom. The reading from John 24, is the account of "Doubting Thomas". Jacob reminds us that we will have doubt in our lives, but to trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who dispels our doubt and removes our burdens.

Monday's chapel was led by senior Charles Edwards. Reading from John 21, Charles reminds us that suffering on this earth is temporary because of Jesus' suffering and death on the cross.

Today Vicar Max Kerr of King of Grace led chapel today. The chapel band sang "The Voice of Truth" by Mark Hall and Steven Curtis Chapman. CCLI Streaming License #20028135

During the Robotics State Championship this weekend, West Lutheran student, Connor Wiebesick, was awarded a Stratasys Scholarship for his creativity and intuitive designs in 3D printing. He was also noted to be a great leader to his team. The video of him being given the award is below. Way to go Connor! It was Kindergarten Day today at West! Pastor Tweit of King of Grace led chapel today and Mrs. Hahm had the Kindergarteners and West student body singing and moving.
