Michigan Exhaust Bill HB5696 of 2024 is on the agenda to be voted on in the house tomorrow. This bill will increase punishments for loud exhaust to $500-$1000 fines, misdemeanor charges, and the ability to impound your car for repeat offenders. The bill has already passed the Committee of Transportation. Last chance to have your voice be heard.

* The proposed penalties are too extreme. They are much harsher than other states including California.
* Automobiles are an important hobby to Michigan residents. Michigan is home to many auto workers and car enthusiasts who show appreciation for our auto industry by modifying their vehicles and showing them off.
* This law may disproportionately affect/target minorities, people of color, and/or low income individuals.
* There is a current law in place with reasonable penalties. The people of Michigan are against any proposed changes to the current law.

What a day! 😁 Today MRT, Michigan Bronco Club and many other Bronco enthusiasts officially Bronco’d the MAC 🔥💪🏻
First, we met at Little Bear East Arena to set up, meet everyone, and share in great conversations. 🤝
After that, all the bucking Broncos lined up to convoy from St. Ignus, across the Mackinac Bridge, AND BACK 🔥🤙🏻
Soon after, our first extended trail ride began through some absolutely beautiful land in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula 👌🏻
This ride continued to an obstacle course for any Bronco that dared to enter 😈
Every Bronco enthusiast made their way back to the arena for great food and to enjoy each other’s story of the day. 😊
This has truly been a wonderful experience to remember! We CANNOT wait to see what’s in store for the second trail ride tomorrow 🤔

The MRT Story
The MRT brand has the unusual position of being both an automotive aftermarket manufacturer as well as a brick and mortar performance/retail shop. Located outside Detroit in Plymouth, MI, we have fueled discerning enthusiast's passions with outstanding products and services since 2003. In that time, we created a loyal following and branched out into supporting numerous marques with MRT products.
Walking in the front door, you will encounter our showroom displaying some of the many products and brands we offer. What makes our place different than others is our vast knowledge of these products and how best to configure them to accomplish your goals. Every customer has access to this expertise be it in person, over the phone or via email. Each encounter is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and your needs, while helping you make solid choices.
MRT Performance exhaust systems are designed and manufactured in-house using high-quality, T304 stainless steel materials. Each system is "sound engineered" to bring out the characteristic DNA appropriate to a particular vehicle. The unique sound we create and the hand-crafted nature of each system cannot be replicated by the mass market vendors distinguishing MRT among the many choices in the marketplace.
At MRT's performance shop called MRT Customs, we take a unique approach to your vehicle build or project that intertwines many years of OEM engineering experience with the knowledge that comes from building more than 13 award winning SEMA vehicles and manufacturing our own line of performance parts. We offer many services including installation, painting, hydrographics, fabrication and, of course, custom performance exhaust systems. Not only do we understand the connection between theory and implementation, but the staff are also genuine hard-core enthusiasts that spend our free-time knee deep in the car hobby. From track days to car shows, we thoroughly enjoy what we build and that passion shows in every venture we undertake-including yours!
