This is a 45 minute gentle vinyasa flow class. We will match breath with movement to create a moving meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels including the beginner.

Bring your own mat but the studio does have some available, if needed. As well as some props to help enhance your flow.

Very excited to announce we are teaming up with to offer 45-minute outdoor yoga flow sessions at the Inn on Saturdays at 9AM! Sarah is a certified yoga instructor in her 5th year of teaching, and we are thrilled to have her bringing yoga to the Inn this summer. Sessions are $10 for Inn guests, $20 if you are not staying at the Inn. Sarah has 10 mats but participants are encouraged to bring their own. Come join us Saturday mornings this summer 🧘
