Happy Mother’s Day to all my amazing clients! I have so many moms who come to sit in my chair, and if I have learned anything it’s that they are incredibly selfless. I see mamas who are going through postpartum hair loss, mamas who barely have time to come get their hair done because they are busy being superheroes to their babies, exhausted mamas whose only breaks are their hair appointments, mamas who take every single phone call that comes from their kids, and aspiring future mamas who are building a life for their future babies.

Not to mention my own mama! And what better way to celebrate this day than to post a photo of my own mom’s hair🥰 I hope all of you— present moms, future moms, and hopeful moms feel very loved today! Happy Mother’s Day from me to you🌸

Hey friends👋🏼 Caitlin here, AKA the girl behind the chair! I wanted to introduce myself a little better. Here are 6 random facts about me:

1) I am super flexible (note my arm in the photo lol). I can even lick my elbows😆
2) I looove to write. I am a super sentimental person, and writing down my feelings helps me to unpack and understand them better.
3) I speak Spanish. I don’t get a ton of opportunities to practice, so I get nervous speaking it sometimes! Si hables español, necesito que me ayudes a practicar más🙏🏼
4) Bike riding is one of my favorite things! My sweet husband just gifted me a nice bike so I can finally do it more often :))
5) I love music. Singing has always been a hobby of mine, and I played the violin in for 8 years of my childhood. A huge goal of mine is to learn to play the piano better.

6) I loved true crime before it was cool😜 My mom and I have always bonded over murder mysteries… might sound creepy but it’s true haha. We both find the human mind so interesting!

Can you believe this color was done 8 weeks ago?! My cute friend came in today for a simple trim and we had to document how amazing her color still looks! I love what I do! 💜✨

Red hair is fun but man it takes forever to get those coppery tones out! This girl had red hair ages ago but is still felt like she was fighting unwanted warmth.

Our solution?
1)Lots of highlights
2)Root melt and wet balayage
3)The right toner
And just in time for her to go back to school🍎✅

This cute girl wanted to stay super blonde, but she wanted a more natural looking grow out.

To do this, we added some really soft lowlights to breakup her line of demarcation and give her some really natural looking dimension. That little bit of dimension also makes her blonde pieces pop! Then we did a root melt to soften her grow out even more.
