Just staying moving is so important during labor. It’s also hard sometimes to find the strength, so this is a beautiful moment of mom being able to fully lean into dad and allow him to be there to calm her and support her and be a part of the labor in this moment

This was a year ago when I had my daughter via C-section. I wasn’t able to have my V-back like I dreamed of. But I was able to have my beautiful daughter in my arms healthy. It didn’t make it any less magical or make me feel like I failed because I did what was right for my daughter and me at the time. No matter how you have your baby it’s amazing and beautiful and you should always feel proud of yourself that you do what’s right for you and your baby 🥰

This beautiful mom did the most incredible job with bringing her baby girl into the world with no epidural. She pushed for 6 minutes and baby was here. I’m so proud to have been apart of her amazing journey. 🥰

I am passionate about being the doula that expecting mothers and their partners can trust to guide and protect them. Making this journey the most amazing experience of their lives. I also want you to know that the journey of postpartum life can be hard to navigate alone. I will be a safe place for you to come if you need that extra help. Know that I will be there to help you through it. I am a Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist.
