I came across this verse last night during bible study with my boyfriend and it really stuck with me. As someone who struggles with always wanting to be in control instead of leaving it to God, this verse really stood out and I remember saying to my boyfriend that this is an accountability verse. This is a verse that i need to look back at when im trying to take control of things that arent meant for me to control and nothing is going right, especially when ive lost all peace and sight of God while doing it and I’ll read it and understand that this battle is not for me to fight and i just need to stop, pray, and let God take over and allow him to bring peace over my life.
