Welcome to my page! I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy sessions to individuals living in Oregon and California. I consider myself an eclectic practitioner, meaning my approach is informed by a variety of evidence-based treatments. As a client-centered therapist, I tailor my approach to you and your needs. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and create positive change in their lives when given the right tools. My treatment approach is most strongly informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. My hope is that through our therapeutic relationship, my clients attain a sense of empowerment and resiliency, as well as the peace that comes with self-acceptance and embracing the here and now. While we can't always change our circumstances, we can always learn to respond to life's challenges in a way that aligns with our most deeply-held values.
