Well... the wind decided rip off the tarp tied down and weighted to the roof with 400+lbs of lumber. This catapulted said lumber into the front yard 40 ft away. Finding gratitude that I lucked out with a small dent in the hood and a broken windshield.

With that. Transparently I have $200 and a new windshield will be something like 350-500

So so grateful to be a part of Ecstatic Dance Portland coming together for another beautiful night of dance and community next Wednesday, November 15th.

The night will start with the Sexy Sacred Soulcraft workshop at 7pm led by Taylor Nicole (). A sexy dance journey into your souls' deepest desires to be seen in its fullest authentic expression! Taylor is a modern-day Temple Priestess, Movement Medicine Facilitator, Coach, and Ritual Performance Artist. She creates a safe and sacred space to reclaim and rewrite the stories we’ve been told about our temple bodies, sensuality, and sexuality. Through her own experiences as a dancer, somatic healer, and teacher, she has mastered her own inner sense of safety to be visible and express freely and authentically. Her magnetic energy emanates fierce sexual sovereignty, self-worth, self-love, resilience, power.

We will then be slipping into a special treat, being Ecstatically danced by the lustrous beats by the one and only Saucy Feather ().
Light as a feather yet dripping in flavor, she is here to take you on a journey of sound — from the root to the crown, high in the sky and back down to the ground. She weaves frequencies with the intention to inspire embodiment, a sonic invitation to drop into presence and feel the full-spectrum of your expression. Her sets are a blend of deep bass beats balanced by feminine vocals, with splashes of sensuality, playfulness, sacred, and sass. She sources sounds from all over the world, bridging cultures and genres to curate a flight of the finest vibrations. 

The evening will conclude with a sound healing from , Ben Ruch, who will be gracing us to a soundscape selection of handpans, flutes, and his inventory of handmade instruments to land us into stillness and bliss.

It's been a full spectrum ride being in survival mode for most of my adult life. Music has been the deepest medicine I've been able to access. This evolution I dedicate myself to its study and restoration of my nervous system through sound. ~ Kind of feels a bit like a jump off the cliff to be getting ready to send off my album for mastering very soon! I'm hoping to have it out by the end of this year!
For my birthday, I'll be recording tracks with friends and fellow musicians. To get my second album going for 2024!

Learning each day to breathe more deeply. So grateful that my dear friend inspired me to pick up a flute at the Saturday market here in Portland. It took over a year of really uncomfortable moments to become familiar with my first flute. In 2019 I made my first flute with (which by the way you should check out his flutes they are phenomenal!!🎶🔥). Now almost 4 years later they feel like home. The flute is such a powerful tool, almost as ancient as the drum. I sit with them to connect to the moment, to my self, breath and to regulate my nervous system.
