An adu that we built a couple of years ago, a converted garage, will be on the ADU tour in September. The tour is on Saturday, September 4th from 10am-4 pm. It's a really fun event.

It's incredible inside with open beam ceilings, many custom built in solutions including a unique railing / shelf system, and some more awesome hand crafted steel railings.

We just wrapped up this fantastic bathroom addition. We added a dormer to this existing craftsman home and created this bathroom that appears to have always been there. We designed it to the finest detail.

Wrapping up a whole house remodel in North Portland

Paul (Owner): "Jacob, I know we need to have a railing, but I really want shelves. Can you design a railing that is also shelves?"
After a few minutes scratching my head....
Jacob: "Why yes we can"

A beautiful new bench in a small dining room makes the most of this small space adding storage and functionality.

This custom island is the perfect place for guests to gather, plus it has plenty of storage for all those extra kitchen gadgets!

This custom built-in not only frames the windows beautifully but also that extra storage that we all need in our bedrooms.
