Another stellar job, another satisfied client. Our landscape crew removed a 60-year-old brick paver patio and replaced it with a new and improved version. Now our client is happily enjoying their wonderful sitting area.

During this time of year, moss wakes up and starts glowing green! Pressure washing really cleans things up. Depending on the exposure and type of surface that the moss is growing on, pressure washing can keep it from coming back for more than a year!

When clients experience storm damage, our crews clean up their properties and make it like it never happened.

People have a love/hate relationship with ivy. In this scenario, the ivy was ‘inherited’ with the new house our client bought, and they preferred to not have the ivy in this shrub bed (you can even see where the ivy grew up the side of the shop in the past). This has freed up more area for new plantings to come.

This is a good time to do heavy pruning on shrubs, and allow the cold weather to help conserve the plants in good shape.

It's important to have your boxwood hedges trimmed to prevent brown spots.

This client has to stay compliant with the city regulations on rain catch basins. (This is for runoff from their parking lot.) We had to add plants and more substrate to meet the criteria they spelled out. Now they are in good standing and this area will flourish again!

Grape vines can be great but they can be invasive on a neighbor.. they even grew all up and through a large laurel. We had to cut everything back to the property line or else we would be cleaning up grape juice at the end of the season..!

A client called us about a side yard that was an erosion issue and mud pit for years. He desired a staircase that curved around providing drainage and garden spaces for him and his wife to enjoy. They requested a circular patio to set a bench so they could sit and enjoy their garden. They wanted this to be a destination point - a place where they could spend their time. We were pleased to hear that we pulled it off!

Bioswales are becoming increasingly more common on newer construction builds - and they have to be maintained! The city of Portland does site checks and if they are out of compliance, you can be fined if not remedied. We had to first clean this one up to figure out that it needed most of the original plants replaced.
