Stepping out for cortados at our favorite cafe Got all my layers stuffed into this tote! Portland Bridges in a classic cream and navy combo. It goes with everything….dress it up or down.
And Happy Halloween 🎃
It’s always cool when something you make as a seasonal release finds its way into the core collection. Restocked and available online.🍁
Here’s a new one - the Oregon Coast Pelican Tee. The graphic is built off of shapes like circles, rectangles and a triangle. The inspiration comes from our family trips to the coast. Also, if you remember we polled this graphic with you a few months back, asking for your favorite color. Marine Blue was the favorite and now it’s here IRL, have at it and thanks for the feedback.🤝🌊
Until further notice…we’re at the pool eating hot dogs, and popsicles. Stay cool my friends✌️💦
The Grafwagen in action🏁
We’ve got a new drop: The Portland Lines Tee 🏁
It’s inspired by my love for things that are simplistic, yet complex, like car racing. I’ve also been wondering what the word PORTLAND would look like if it were a racetrack. That prompt came on the heels of a race day I participated in

Hey everyone, check out this PSU Collab! We were tapped to make a 3-piece assortment for the students in their recruiting office. A packable vest, quarter zip and waterproof rain jacket w/ reflective details. It’s on the website if you want a deeper dive.💦
Photoshoot was at the Karl Miller building, my favorite on campus. Yours truly even got in the action (see the last photo). Admittedly I’m no match for 😉
📸 S/O to the champ
We finally got this elusive beast to sit down for a portrait. He was hesitant due to recent dental work, but we got a smile out of him. Dad should like this one.

Hi Everyone, time has flown since my last post 2 months ago! I’ve taken a step back from the business to focus on coaching my daughter’s lacrosse team, relocating our business and tending to my mental and physical health. After 10-years of going hard in the paint with Graf, it’s been a welcome change of pace. For once in my life I’m taking my time and it feels weird. It’s hard to go slow, but I believe that’s what is best at the moment, and it appears I’m becoming a turtle😉
As for updates…We are building a home studio in our garage, and plan to rollout some new products which I’m excited to share with you later in the month. Hope you all are enjoying this nice weather, don’t forget to hydrate. It’s gonna be 90 degrees tomorrow! 💦
Hey guys, writing to let you know I’m still alive😜
Also, I’m doing a store liquidation event this week which means I’m selling fixtures, manikins, desks, mirrors, stools, benches, doo-dads and more. Fixtures are all custom made using the finest wood the PNW has to offer and it’s all priced to move.
If you know someone who has a store or looking for the items listed please share this post, tag or have them reach out via DM’s.
This stuff won’t be around for long, it’s a great buying opportunity and I’d love to see them find a good home.
Whoa…look at all these orders we shipped out yesterday! The store was packed, the energy positive. Turns out I should’ve been run store closing sales all along😜
Thanks to everyone who showed up in person and for the online orders🤝
Hi Everyone,
It’s with much thought and consideration I’ve decided to close our store. We’ve had a great run and I’m fortunate to have called Sellwood-Moreland our home for the better part of a decade. It’s a mixed bag, in that, I’m excited for what lies ahead, but also facing the emotions that come with the close of a meaningful chapter in my life and business.
As for what’s next. We’re going all in on e-commerce, collaborations and wholesale. It’s work I love to do and we’ve got a full client roster ready to serve. I’m very much looking forward to showing you sneak peaks of my latest graphics, surprising you with new releases and having fun along the way.
Our last day at the shop will be February 9th. As a way to say thank you, we’re running our biggest sale ever. 50% off everything! I hope to see as many of you as possible in person. For those of you who are not local, we got you. Use code “50” (at checkout). Cheers, Rick-
Underway designing our new gear for Spring Summer. When I think of summer, the coast comes to mind. We always take a family vacation to Cannon Beach. Last year we observed flocks of pelicans flying by Haystack Rock at sunset. It’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in person, so this graphic is a tribute to that moment. I thought it would be fun to pick a color together, let me know your favorite. 😉🤝
It’s an ear-flap-cap kinda day. We’re open til 3.⛄️
We’re closed today. Be safe out there fam✌️
#2024
One of the aspects of my job I enjoy most is connecting with and helping small businesses find success with their merch assortments. Oregon City Brewing Company started in a garage and built from the ground up. They’re family friendly and make a kick ass product.
This is a place my family frequents, where Jules and I like to kick back, have a pint and let the kiddos run wild. My go to beer is Leather-Bound Brown, we usually eat 🍕
Our collaboration consists of 10 pieces using the artwork you’ll see when swiping left. For the actual garments peep the IG story. My favorite is the brown pullover, and Rosalie is dialed in with the pink women’s crewneck.
Head down to OCB to see in person, if I’m there I’ll buy you a beer…or better yet you buy me one. Deal? 🤝🍻🤤
Hoodie-Shorts season is a mere two months away. Get ahead of the game with these new socks. We’ve got Mt. Hood Elevation, Oregon Script and Sneakertown in black🤝
It’s an El Niño year. For us in the PNDub that means a warmer than usual winter. There is hope for snow and next week’s forecast is expected to be below freezing in the Portland Metro. When that happens you’ll need a cozy wool hat, preferably one with a GA laser cut, felt stitched appliqué. That’s what Pepper thinks and he made me write this caption.⛄️🐾
Here is looking forward to the new year.🥂
May 2024 bring you peace, prosperity and a bunch a new hats.🙌
Another holiday season in the books! Great seeing you all and hope the gifts are a hit! Open today from 11-3, then back at it on Wednesday.
Thanks for supporting our family business and Merry Christmas🎄
I made a one off of this cap in late summer to take on a trip to Glacier National Park. Hiked somewhere around 50 miles that week. Since I’ve used it as my daily running hat, work hat and soon to be mountain hat.
As a hat guy I love its versatility, and think you will too. It’s got all the bells and whistles of a performance cap and is the most versatile thing we offer. Give it a try next time you’re in the shop, let us know what you think.🤝
Our neighborhood just got healthier, thanks to our new neighbors
Our friend and owner has been a long time supporter of our business and now we get to return the favor! She’s the embodiment of community and has transformed an empty storefront into a thing of beauty. Along with it we collaborated on her merch as well🤝
The design of the space takes a “no stone untuned” approach and is decked out with an energetic, contemporary vibe. In fact, I just got a smoothie and feel like I just returned from a mini vacation in south beach!🏝️
Please welcome her, Derrick and their wonderful family to our business community. Soft opening is today, with grand opening tomorrow and Sunday!
10-year anniversary kicks off at 5, goes till the beer is gone. So 5:15😉
Today is a celebration of our brand and community. We’ve rocked together for a decade, can you believe that? Crazy man, feels like yesterday I started this thing out of a garage and here we are. Cheers to you, hope you can make it!🍻
This holiday season think E-Gift Cards. Perfect for when you don’t know the size or style preference of that special someone. Available online under the “Gift Cards” menu or in-store.💭🎁🤝
