I have a coworker who is constantly bringing in plant cutting gifts for us.
Three weeks ago she brought in a Amaryllis bulb in a vase of water for our Clinical Trainer who shares an office with me. It was an onion looking ugly thing with a green sprout about half an inch long
Today it bloomed and I have been appreciating it's vivid beauty most if the day.
It reminded me that we all bloom in our own time, despite where we've come from.
It reminded me that as we go through life, we touch paths with countless people. We have the oportunity to make a difference in someone's day without even realizing it.
It reminded me to be grateful and to be kind.
Bioplastics made from avocado pits that completely biodegrade in 240 days created by Mexican chemical engineering company.

Prepping a potato salad to use up some potatoea and filled up the drawer with copios amounts of veggies.
Loving the vibrancy each time you open it up.
