It's amazing how much can change in just a few years. When our seller first bought his home, he was a starting out in life. Then marriage and 2 kiddos.

The Waldo location was great. It was close to the Plaza, but it still had that small-town feel. You could walk to coffee shops, entertainment, parks, and shopping, and there were always people out and about. It was perfect for a young family like our clients...AND two kiddos later...time to make a move.

When our sellers contacted me about selling their home, I was flattered and ready to go. Craig works in the mortgage industry so ♥ I knew they had a lot of options when it came to choosing an agent, but they chose me ♥. I was honored and so excited to help them through the process.
