Business of Dentistry Ownership Series, which is a five-week practice management series designed for Associate Dentists, Practice Owners, Residents, and DF’s. Starting on April 15th, this accredited series will include 5 Monday evenings of virtual instruction, and following each presentation, industry leaders will be available for a Q&A as part of Overtime with Bank of America & Henry Schein. Also, NJDA members who participate in the series are automatically entered to win an all-expenses paid trip to Henry Schein’s ThriveLive 2024 in Las Vegas, a prize valued at $4,000. Dr. Janhavi Rane, Mercer Dental Trustee and Chair of NJDA Membership Council spent 3 days in Washington, DC with dentists from the American Dental Association as part of the NJ Delegation. It was a great national teamwork by dentists from different states to meet with Congressional and Senate representatives and advocate for our bills on insurance reform, student loan repayment, and workforce shortages. Thank you so much Jim Schulz who led our team wonderfully all day on the Hill.🇺🇸 It was very fulfilling to be part of ADA Lobby day in order to make oral healthcare even better for all!

Next month is National Children’s Dental Health Month (NCDHM)! The American Dental Association (ADA) first observed Children's Dental Health Day on February 8, 1949. Six years later this one-day event was extended to a week, and in 1981 elevated to a month. Today, NCDHM is observed throughout February when dedicated oral health professionals, healthcare providers, and educators emphasize the benefits of pediatric oral health to children, their caregivers, teachers and the public.
