Happy summer everyone! As the summer has begun we have hit the ground running! With shoring projects, concrete projects, sewer and water work, septic systems, tear downs, gravel, and newly screening black dirt for topsoil we have been some busy people! Happy 2024 Everyone! Hope the new year is treating everyone well! It's been awhile since we’ve posted, but we’ve been a lot busier with the nice winter season we’re having. Another project in the books for 2023! This is a floating garage slab with insulation and footings from start to finish. The weather is closing in quickly so let us know if you need any projects done before end of the season freeze up! ❄️

Happy Saturday & First Day Of Fall!!

It's been a few weeks from my last post but we've been super busy wrapping up before winter hits!

This project is for another one of Voehl Construction recurring customers. Here are some before and after pictures of their new driveway. Please reach out with any questions. Happy Fall 🍁

We worked with a repeat customer to end our week here at Voehl Construction Inc! These customers are awesome! They wanted some rock to make their approach to their new concrete easier! As always if you need anything let us know!

This week we did a floating slab. They wanted a place to put their vehicles and other toys! We also added a gravel driveway. Once it is framed we will be returning and adding a new concrete driveway! 🚗

We are back in the same neighborhood as last week for another driveway!! We redid a driveway last week and the neighbors decided it was their turn to replace the old driveway for a fresh new look! 🤪

Last year we did an apron for this home, which you can see in the first picture. They decided that they loved it so much and it was time for a major overhaul and a new driveway! 🚘

This week we did some work for Three Rivers Park District. There was a slight time crunch and we definitely didn't enjoy the heat wave 🥵 We did a big outdoor patio for a wedding venue. As always if you need any work, please contact us!!

Sunday funday! We went in and replaced the old driveway & sidewalk up to the house. We also spread black topsoil around the driveway. 🚘☀️

Voehl Construction finished out these 2 sheds and poured concrete floors for both! The homeowner put infloor heat in both sheds so he can use these year round for storage. We also raised the grade in front of both sheds for easier access!

These homeowners decided to maximize the property space and add a turn around/parking spot covered in gravel.

After we finished the front yard, we made our way around to the backyard. We topsoiled the whole backyard, graded it off and then added some sand and a gravel road down to beach.

After a leaky pool system and kids leaving the nest, the homeowners decided it was time to ditch the pool and retaining wall.

Voehl Construction removed the pool and retaining wall to help achieve the goal of maximizing yard space! ☀️🕶️
