Get Enough Sleep. Most of us are sleep deprived at least one or two days of the week. It is important to catch up on your sleep within the week. Sleep deprivation has negative long term effects if not corrected. Increased cardiovascular risk, weight gain, and excessive snacking are commonly seen.
Stand Up Every 30 Minutes While Working. Keep the blood moving and give your eyes a break. Better yet slip outside for a few minutes and get some sunlight on those cheeks.
Track Your Fitness, Weight, Sleep, and Goals. Hard to improve something that isn't measured. Most fitness watches can do this for you. Apple, Garmin, or Fitbit are worth a look.

Possible symptoms in Vitamin D deficiency:
Muscle pain, spasms, twitches, or tremors.
Bone pain or Increased sensitivity to pain.
A tingly, “pins-and-needles” sensation in the hands or feet.
Muscle weakness in body parts near the trunk of the body, such as the upper arms or thighs.
Waddling while walking, due to muscle weakness in the hips or legs.
A history of broken bones.
Bowed legs (when the deficiency is severe).
