Canadian border remain closed to non-essential American travelers

US-Canada border closure to be extended another month, officials say The US border with Canada border is expected to remain closed until at least August 21, two Canadian government sources with knowledge of the situation tell CNN, extending the ban on non-essential travel between the two countries for another month.

The European Union could possibly ban American travelers😮 from flying into their countries when they lift their travel ban on July 1st🛑✈🚫

E.U. Plans to Bar Most U.S. Travelers When Bloc Reopens Europe will allow outsiders to begin entering again on July 1, but the U.S. and Russia are now among the nations considered too risky because they have not controlled the coronavirus outbreak.

Here's a List of some Caribbean Island Airports Reopening Dates:

Puerto Rico🇵🇷
• Re-Opened May 26th
• Face masks are mandatory in public and enforced social distancing with a maximum capacity of 25% in bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

U.S. Virgin Islands🇻🇮
• Re-Opened June 1st
• Safety rules are in place for hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, taxis, and a “No Mask, No Service," mandate is required by the government

Saint Lucia🇱🇨
• Re-Opened June 4th
• Visitors are required to present certified proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of boarding a flight, face masks must be worn upon arrival, and safety measures in taxis will separate drivers and passengers

Antigua🇦🇬
• Re-Opened June 4th
• Arriving passengers must include health declaration forms, screenings and thermal checks.
• Social-distancing rules must be adhered to in public areas, and face masks must be worn island-wide with the exception of at the beach

Jamaica🇯🇲
• Re-Opening June 15th
• Health screenings will be conducted upon arrival, and face masks will be mandatory at the airport, in taxis and at the hotels and resorts

Aruba🇦🇼
• Re-Opening between June 15th & July 1st
• The government says this timeframe is "tentative and subject to change" in order to “consider additional precautionary measures as needed."

The Bahamas🇧🇸
• Re-Opening July 1st
• Face Masks will be required in airports, taxis, and beach chairs must be arranged to allow six feet of physical distancing

Sint Maarten & St. Martin🇸🇽
• Re-Opening July 1st
• The final touches of the country’s health and safety protocols are being worked on to ensure that both resident and visitor alike are safe and remain safe once international travel resumes

Turks & Caicos🇹🇨
• Re-Opening July 22nd
• New protocols will be shared in the coming weeks

Grenada🇬🇩
• No dates announced yet (working towards June 30th)

Anguilla🇦🇮
• No dates announced yet

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has projected the Re-Opening dates for World International flights.
