Scrambled eggs, with brown rice, and mixed greens

2 eggs
1 slice bacon
1 slice cheese
1/4 cup brown rice
1/2 cup mixed greens tossed with balsamic
1 tbsp guacamole - Franks Hot sauce
Cooking Spray
350 calories per serving

Heat pan with cooking spray add chopped bacon and cook until browned. Add scrambled eggs and cheese and cook until firm. Serve on top 1/4 cup brown rice and top with guacamole, tossed mixed greens, and franks hot sauce.

I remember him and his friend, perched on a corner in front of the breakfast spot, armed with a guitar, drums, oozing attitude, confidence, and a tip jar that filled up as their music captivated passersby. Carrying his drum set into small clubs for performances in front of intimate crowds of 10 or 20 people, they consistently delivered exceptional shows.

Inspiration in life comes from various sources, and today, it comes from a 15-year-old boy. Some might claim bias because he's my son, yet I genuinely believe in the incredible nature of his work. Musical tastes differ among individuals, and that's acceptable. What truly matters here is his relentless drive - his ability to create something out of nothing, to share it with the world, regardless of who listens or likes it.

This kid, whatever path he chooses, embodies the essence of success. His determination, passion, and fearless approach toward his endeavors are truly remarkable and special to me. It took me five decades to grasp what truly matters and build the confidence that this 15-year-old already possesses.

Moreover, his creation, artistic expression, collaboration with producers and other industry professionals, and his take-charge attitude in an age where most are navigating life's complexities, truly astonish me.
