I find it amusing and kind of disturbing to watch my neighbors and/or their landscaping workers blow leaves around for hours, only to the wind pick up and blow them right back into the yard or driveway they just cleared. Why pollute the environment with gas powered machines and their noises for such a futile endeavor? Mother Nature will always win! Meanwhile my beloved trash panda, Nathan Sander, is going around collecting them to spread in our garden as mulch. Leave the LEAVES!!!!!!!!

How bout that Full Moon? I had a lot come up around the abandonment wound and self-worth. This led to many many potent insights, and deep release through cleansing tears. It is SUCH a gift when you can be completely yourself around another human without any fear of judgement. I do have so many relationships like this in my life for which I am grateful, but the real magic is when we can authentically direct that unconditional love inward. Choosing to love and forgive yourself is not easy, which is probably why it’s the first step to Metta (loving-kindness) meditation practice. I have heard that some people are instructed to stay on that first step of directing loving-kindness inward for months or years even before progressing! So, I don’t know who needs to hear this right now but - you are enough exactly as you are in this moment. There is nothing that needs to be changed, fixed, or upgraded. I see you in your beauty, and non-beauty. You are perfectly imperfect and I love you for it all. ♥️
