Left 2012 right 2022 . I was born with a heart disease. I had to do two open heart surgeries. As a trainer, dealing with not helping others, no workout , no working, pain 24/7, come with many health complications. I’m lowest I have ever been. But I still believe there is nothing I cannot do, there is always a way to do things you want to do.
It’s not pretty photos but if help your day better! Yes, there is nothing you cannot do!
