We started the season off right with a Leadership Retreat at where we learned about leadership and communication, completed some community service, bonded and had fun!

The team helped plant over 200 trees to help replenish the forest for the future at Seymour!

WE are so excited for this season with our athletes! WE are Rogers!

The blood(literally), sweat, tears, injuries, obstacles, you name it we had it and yet…..this!!!

Traditional is bringing home 12th place in the Nation in the second largest division at Nationals!
We are beyond proud of all the hard work this team has put in this season!
They have gone through trials and tribulations and they have overcome.
They have pushed through and remained steadfast on achieving more and more!
They left it all out on the floor today and it showed!!

This is what it’s really all about right here! As a coach there’s no greater feeling than watching your team leave it all on the mat!
The lessons learned and the character built in the process of making it all happen, that’s the reason I coach.
As these kids walked off the mat and hugs happened and screams occurred and tears were shed I thought - yep….this! This is what I want them to experience and hold and cherish forever - the moment of coming together as one, showing up for each other and holding nothing back!
Incredibly proud of this team - now let’s go conquer nationals!

The defining moments are in the hard work, determination, teamwork and persistence that goes into the feeling of coming off that mat and knowing you left nothing behind.
