Lester Bangs sings Let It All Come Down, but its a rave-up! Michael Des Barres, Palmyra Delran, Peter Zaremba, Slim Jim Phantom did you guys ever hear Lester Bangs sing?? recorded live in one take at Electric Lady in 1978, but definitely sounds like it could've been recorded much later than that ... like in 1979! something you woulda played on LS's Underground Garage ...if he had a garage back then.

Lester Bangs wrote some words while i made up some chords for him to sing 'em to. we called the song Loneliness and formed a band called Birdland. that was in the summer of '77. he would've turned 75 a few days ago. i'm still singing his words, with another band. the music is mutated, but loneliness isn't. that never goes out of style. MISS YA LESTER! 💜
