We will have some delicious refreshments to choose from including Mamaw's pepperoni rolls covered with either ramp butter or honey butter! IYKYK 🤤😏 We will have multiple different sweet treats to satisfy your sweet tooth! There will also be cans of soda and bottled water available!

We will have other little things available including stickers, Pride flags, and Overdose Awareness bracelets. The stickers are for Pride, Overdose Awareness, and Mental Health Awareness!

All proceeds from this event will help us to make Greenbrier County Overdose Awareness 2024 happen! Thank you guys in advance for all the support! 🖤💜

We know that everyone is starting to plan their summers, so we want to be considerate of everyone to get the word out about this year's GCOAD event. We had such a wonderful turnout last year and want this year to be even bigger! Big shout out to Ms. Carraway's class at Greenbrier East for their participation! We are so excited to reach young people in this way!

We are starting planning early to be able to launch something new this year! We want everyone to have a chance to be involved in Greenbrier County Overdose Awareness Day 2024! We've decided to host a T-Shirt Design Contest!👕🤩

There will be 4 winners, one from each of the listed age groups! Winners will have their designs printed on shirts to be sold at the event. Winners will also receive a free t-shirt and gift card to be presented at the GCOAD 2024 event!

Littles as young as 5 years old are encouraged to participate. It is never too early to learn about advocacy, and for that reason, the younger groups, Elementary and Middle School aged children, have been given the theme "There are NO small voices." Everyone is effected by overdose, not just adults. For outer older groups, High School aged children and adults, we wanted to shine a light on the families and loved ones of those battling addiction or those touched by loss. Their theme is "So many arms to hold you; please reach for a hand."

EVERYONE is welcome to submit an entry. Homeschooled children, individuals in active addiction, someone who knows nothing about overdose but is interested in art, EVERYONE. Check out the rules page and start creating! We can't wait to see everyone's ideas! 🖤💜

Hey everyone!! Wanted to stop by and give a quick update on the blanket drive. We collected 268 blankets, with a few big donations. We had a worker bee in Huntington gather quite a few for us! (thank you!) We also got a large donation of 120 blankets from Faith Temple Taylors SC

Look, in the coming weeks, for events where we will be giving out blankets and hopefully serving meals. If your organization or church would be interested in helping with food please reach out to us. Thank you all for your support!
