I haven’t posted on this page in a while but HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎊🎆 I relocated last Spring and then football and fall sports had me BUSY but I’m still ready, willing and available to stretch, massage, do physical therapy and rehab or even some agility and fitness training. March welcome National Athletic Training Month! 🥳⚕️❤️🩺 …. And it’s Women’s History Month. If you know a female athletic trainer, this is your reminder to thank her! Many of us are parents, wives, still have other family obligations, etc and we still do our jobs by keeping the communities we serve safe and healthy every day.

I am ALWAYS so excited when parents, family, friends, whoever shouts out abd appreciates all my hard work and efforts on the daily basis. I got this card yesterday from a parent at my school and I’ve been on top of the world 🌎 since! All these kids and parents have to know is that you CARE (still have a good skill set) and that you are RELIABLE and relatable!
I know y’all probably be tired of me, but I LOVE ATHLETIC TRAINING and athletic training mostly loves me 🙃🥹🔥🙌🏽

I can NOTTTT believe I was ever this big 😩🤦🏽♀️ (2020) but as you can see, even then I was MOVING, exercising, TRYING to get that weight off. Still encouraging others and starting to build my business with various equipment and trying out which exercises work and in what spaces could they work in order for my business to be mobile as I had designed it to be.
Take the time, do the work, work on the things you CAN CONTROL, let the things you can’t control go, and be the best you you can be. Here’s to and even more transparency. I remind myself every day, NO matter WHAT it is I’m facing, YOU’VE GOT THIS!!! 💪🏽🎉😘

This lady is a single mama 😅 whose career is athletic training 🫠 and it requires me to treat and take care a lot of other single parents’ kids 🥴😵💫 In between all of these things, I have and manage a business as well to try and help spread awareness about healthy ways to deal with and prevent pain. Most days I don’t have a clue what the word schedule means for myself personally and definitely not professionally but EVERY DAY I get up and make life happen for me and mine!
I feel professional today in my half zip jacket and scrub bottoms 👖 lol and also today makes 90 days so I’ve made it through my probation period and I’m on track to be on time and prepared at this meeting (if you know me, this is a BIG accomplishment 🤣🥳)

This week was a busy one! 2 new clients on the exercise/conditioning side and worked on 2 more people as well! No matter what your issue is and what your fitness level is, if you want to get better, feel better or stronger, or have less pain and more mobility; I can help!
If NOBODY else is proud of me and my accomplishments, I am! A couple weeks after my 2 years of inception, still working full time and still being a full time single mama, I got my first check with my business name on it and it’s on contract for a full youth season of football 🏈 🔥🍾

Happy Mother’s Day weekend y’all! I worked on my first expecting mother today and it was AMAZING 😍! The pressure on our hips, back, legs, and ankles gets to be a lot during pregnancy 🤰 and I had the pleasure of helping another mom relax and played a small part in her enjoying her weekend! I’m blessed 🥹🙌🏽
