Look who's hiding. Fungi groups on the roots of large fern clusters. So many species.. so many yet to be discovered!

Lunch! Just one of the perks being a mushroom farmer. I think maybe these mushrooms are such nutritional powerhouses because it takes a lot of work and effort to grow em'. The mushrooms understand they need to keep their farmers healthy. 😊

Found some Shaggy Parasol mushrooms on my walk this morning. They can upset the gi tract in some folks. I'm going to pass on eating & take these back outside to spread their spores.
