We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our company as a Tow Truck Operator. As part of our roadside assistance team, you respond to calls from our central dispatch, meet with customers to tow their disabled vehicle, and provide on-the-spot customer service to otherwise distressed motorists. You could make anywhere from $800 - $1200 a week. Must Have experience.
Owner Operator · Must have own equipment (truck & trailer or rollback) · Possess appropriate and valid operator’s license for specified vehicle(s). Present clean, well-groomed appearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Arrive at work location promptly as scheduled, prepared for work. · Provide vehicle towing in a safe, professional, and timely manner, free of�accident, injury, and damage. · Submit timely and accurate required documentation for processing. · Maintain a consistent excellent attendance. · Consistently ensure quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, skill and courtesy. · Maintain personal appearance and uniforms in compliance with established company standards. Competencies: · Customer Service – effectively handle challenging and/or sensitive customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments. · Oral Communication - speak clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations. Listen and ask for clarification as necessary; respond to questions in a comprehensive and respectful manner. · Judgment - display willingness to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate reasoning. Support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate company personnel in the decision-making process.
