Restock day! Profits are growing and we got to try a few new chip flavors.

When I got there I noticed mainly all of the chips were SOLD OUT! Except for the blue Doritos and a few regular Fritos..Guess what though, them FAMOUS AMOS, SOLD OUT!!!

We're still waiting for the card reader to finalize so there was plenty of bills and change! Thanking God for bountiful increase!!

Zero plastic? Change is good and change is necessary. What does that mean for the vending industry?

Coca cola is rolling out a prototype of an extra strong paper bottle with thin plastic liner. It's going to be tested this summer in Hungary with about 2k bottles distributed.

So, what does that mean for vending? My personal opinion is that if the trials go well, Coca Cola, and other companies will begin to adopt this idea. Reasons being it works and it's cheaper.

The Vending world will have to adapt. Different machines? Different slot containers? Who knows? Remember what happened to Blockbuster? The Netflix guys actually approached them before Netflix took off and Blockbuster didn't think it would work.

Change is coming though. Especially since the company set a goal to produce Zero waste by 2030.

Carvana's car vending machine!

Is there anything special about it? Not really. Its just the experience of "I got my car out of a vending machine" that attracts people.

You buy the car, then you get a coin to put in the receiver, then you get the car. The same with a snack or drink machine. Although the main difference being thousands of dollars in product. 😁

It's a constant battle frfr. You have all of this stuff going on plus you still have to make sure you're drinking plenty of water daily, eating healthy foods, and so much more... lol

We dodging them blows like Ali and we got balance. As it can get overwhelming sometimes. Take a few days off and regroup if you have to. Take a walk. Meditate. Talk to God always and you can best believe he's right there with you 💯💯.

Pros:

Cons:
-Nayax transfer process (not really a bad thing, just takes time)

I'm happy with the new machine. Plus, the settings and programming takes no time to learn.

As a man of God, I stand by this 💯 percent. You can be hyped up on inspiration and motivation, but let's be real, that only last for a period of time.

Soon after the motivation is gone. Worry tends to try and creep in your mind....it happens.

First stock went well. It definitely took a while, though. Most of the time was spent learning some of the machine's programs. Updating the pricing and such.

As far as snacks & drinks are concerned. Some of the common snacks and some new ones. This location loves Mountain Dew & chocolate donuts... So, that is stocked to the max..

🔑 It's not about what snacks or drinks you find delicious. It's about what the customer likes.. Figure that out and they'll buy from your machine.

One of the ways I can learn/get inspired is look at other people's successes and celebrate with them.

If someone gets a new location or a new machine, I'm celebrating with them! Because if it can happen for them, I know it can happen for me.

Don't throw shade and get mad. That will only slow your progress. Applaud them and maybe ask them for advice. Or observe the steps they did to get there.

Hardwork over talent all day everyday!!! 🔑 We've all seen it and if you haven't, keep living and you will. The Talented one may or may not put in any work. Normally just relying on natural skill majority of the time.

But that Hardworker, they've been putting in work from the beginning. So, when it's time to step up it's a matter of "I've been ready for this my whole life". Hardwork doesn't stop when the game is over. They are constantly preparing. Always sharpening their skills.

New, used, or refurbished?

Here's some guidelines when thinking of purchasing a machine. Many times we can overthink the process.

We want to find the perfect deal (perfectly working used machine, with no blemishes, etc). Or maybe you say "ehh....forget it, and thinking buying a new machine would be worth it.
