One way to love oneself is to feel our emotions and follow their guidance, to follow our bliss is the meaning, because is the freedom of consciousness, the system of earth was about teaching you to reject, numb, ignore, deny, avoid and suppress the emotions, try to interprete what your emotions tells you, feel your body, if we need healing in a part of our body, maybe was because you ignored to hear or feel that part of your body and the real meaning your heart give it, check your energy vortexes, the emotion got stuck in there and parts of the body and grew in power because you resisted to it, it became an obstruction , the doctor can tell you that the physical diagnose is just a sore throat, because an infection of external sources, but this is just a layer of this, the cause is in your emotional body, the emotion is using your body as reflexion, what your throat idea is for ?
