Boil up a pound of pasta, and try our 30 Minute Red Wine Meat Sauce for a #NationalPastaDay worthy dinner: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown 1/2 pound ground beef or Italian sausage; add 1/4 cup grated onion and cook til soft. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and cook for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup red wine and reduce by at least half. Stir in 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes and 1/2 tablespoon sugar; bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. It will be thick! Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with remaining wine! 🍝 #TuesdayTips #TheWineCellarGroup
