1) Set 3-5 Daily Tasks -- these are things that need attention each day, like cleaning the kitchen, doing a load of laundry, or putting shoes in place.

It's , and that calls for some midweek relaxation and a quick refresh. 🪻 Inspired by our Laundry Detergent in Lavender, we're whipping up Lavender Oil. Lavender Oil has antimicrobial properties for healthy, radiant skin, and can help with headaches, improve sleep, reduce wrinkles, promote hair growth, reduce anxiety, stress and more.

RECIPE:

1. Start by filling a glass jar all the way with fresh or dried lavender flowers. If using fresh lavender, weigh it down with a preserving weight.
2. Top up the jar with a liquid carrier oil (warm your oil if needed). We recommend organic almond oil, shea butter, or coconut oil.
3. Seal the jar with a lid and place it in a warm, but dim, place for 2-4 weeks.
4. If using dried lavender, shake the jar every few days.
5. Strain the oil through cheesecloth or coffee filter.
6. Store the infused oil in a glass container in a cool, dark place. The oil will keep for up to 1 year!

Use it as a salve, in your oil diffuser, bath, or topically on your skin or hair.
