We are excited to announce the launch of a new restaurant - Flip It in Northeast Raleigh. Flip It will feature the Palestinian delicacy Mqluba (Arabic: مقلوبة, means 'upside-down'). For centuries, Maqluba is one of the most popular dishes in the Middle East! It consists of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot, which is flipped upside down when served, hence the name.
