It’s a wrap! There is still 1 day of racing left for the 2024 NORRA Mexican 1000, but it is over for The Fab School Repair Team. We had a great time helping out and meeting all the racers down in Baja. It was a blast as always working with and we couldn’t do it without our great partners. Until next time…. Days 2 & 3 were a success for the here at the Mexican 1000. Day 2, San Felipe to Bay of LA (Bahia de Los Angeles) was started early with some roadside repairs before our night even began. Day 3, Bay of LA to San Ignacio kind of started the same way with an old friend of the school needing repairs 2 miles off the start line. (Don’t worry, we won’t say who you are) The day continued late into the night in San Ignacio until everyone was ready to go for day 4. Let’s see what today brings the Team. Loreto here we come! Viva Baja!

We aren’t always out performing repairs on race cars…. Saturday, two of our current students, Lilyana and Riley had the opportunity to turn the tables and the students became the instructors! That’s right! These two young ladies killed it! The call came in from Theresa at Real Deal Revolution asking if we had a female student that can help out at her event this weekend with welding demos. The answer was absolutely! We have more than one. After talking with these two young ladies they were excited to attend and show what a GIRL Fab School student can do. As we knew they would, they showed off their skills to everyone and made us proud. Thank you ladies for representing The Fab School and thank you to the Real Deal Revolution for asking for our help.
