I want to start off by saying thank you for following and welcome to Mama’s AK Cuisine! It means so much that you are interested in my business 👩🏻‍🍳 My name is Haley Jo and my passion for cooking started many years ago back in my Italian Nana Joan’s kitchen❤️🇮🇹 my nana is the one of the best cooks I will ever know; I am very blessed to have picked up the skill of cooking with pure love. Although she taught me many delicious dishes, through out the years I have learned other amazing foreign dishes living down south watching other individuals cook and self taught! Mama’s AK Cuisine will be cooking with flavors from around the world to satisfy your soul🤤
What motivated me to start this business is my son, Aslan🧡 I worked full time as a cook at The Friendly Toast in North Andover; recently I had to switch to part time because I had a very hard time finding child care for my son.
To honor my son and his culture, the first dish I will be serving is Haitian 🇭🇹 Spaghetti, one of his favorites!TWO different ways, traditional with sausage OR with ground beef. 10$ a plate!
