Women’s Self Defense Workshop was a great success. These ladies did a fabulous job and left feeling empowered and confident to protect themselves if the situation should arise. Proud of these ladies. FF cottage cheese (blended in ninja)

Smoked paprika

Something we hear a lot about nutrition is “I don’t have time to cook” “It’s easier to grab food on the run” “I don’t know what to eat”, here’s a solution to that. This is what a meal prep looks like, portioned out, boxed up, ready to grab and go meals. No excuses. Here we have an comforting split pea soup with chicken and ham for all the protein. Protein pasta with lean meat, sauce and mushrooms. Breakfast is a satisfying lean sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Snacks with each meal. There’s 21 meals and 21 snacks all to get you through the busy days, work, kid’s activities and everything in between for a week.
