If you follow me on youtube you know we have been eating ketovore. Well today my urine test came back and my kidneys cannot process the high protein. I am peeing it out and its going to cause major issues. Dr. wants me back on the Mediterranean diet but its so hard to moderate on that. Please wish me luck and continue with me on my journey!

Eating an animal based diet 90% of the time is a life long commitment! This is our third week and I just want to tell people NOT to get discouraged if you fall off the wagon or have a treat once in a while. YOU HAVE TO LIVE. I am not saying let that be an excuse to eat fast food or binge on chocolate chip cookies, but ONCE IN A WHILE is not going to completely derail all the progress you have made.

Remember in the end, low oxalates, low sugar, low carbs. And ALWAYS be in a calorie negative.
