Honey butter rolls for dinner tonight before the bake.

1c warm milk
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1tbs honey
In a bowl for 5-10 minutes until fluffy
3 eggs
4tbs soft butter
1/4tsp salt
3 1/2-4c flour
Mix
Cover and Rest for 1 hour
Punch out air
Roll into slab
Smear on soft honey butter mixture
Roll
Place on side in baking tray
cover and rest 20-25 minutes
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
