The reason we need to maintenance these extensions is because one, they grow away from the scalp and two we naturally shed a 50 to 100 hairs a day and that hair is trapped inside the point of attachment so it needs to be released. it’s important to let them know, that when you open up that bead hair is going to fall out of it. So then that way they don’t freak out and they understand that this is a healthy part of the shedding cycle! & those white bulbs is actually keratin. It’s part of the lining of the hair follicles. So when you see a white bulb at the end of a strand, this is your hair shedding from the hair root, which is within the normal cycle! My studio is starting to feel good. After the stress of some health issues, and not realizing how much it was effecting me mentally and physically, i am Now Starting to feel like myself again.
