Pura Vita won many fantastic awards plus a multi page article in VegNews Magazine, and an article that ties my past with my present in Bon Appétit Magazine 🥹 I could not be more proud of my Pura Vita family for all the hard work and passion everyone pours into our little restaurants. Life always comes with struggles and the restaurant industry really hurt this year. We lost several wonderful vegan restaurants which is devastating for our health, environment and most importantly, for the animals. Although we make it look like fun, operating a restaurant is one of the most difficult businesses to navigate. The cost of literally everything has gone way up and keeping everything on track can be extraordinarily expensive and stressful 😣 We are so very lucky to have the love and support from our community and we will never take that for granted!
