This is what I mean when I describe coffee being the seed inside of a cherry-like fruit. The Natural process is let dry in sun patios inside the casing & THEN taken out of the dry shell after letting flavors ferment and develop, which is what gives us a superior coffee bean rich with delicious organic chocolate & caramel notes & a hint of berries at the end. In the vídeo, I’m able to remove the beans or seeds from inside the cherry fairly easily. The usual process removes the seeds and washes the beans to be dried, packaged and out the door faster. Now imagine the Natural process of drying & trying to remove the beans when the cherry has dried up.
