As we prepare to leave this dimly lit barrel filled cellar many of us have called ‘Home” for almost 10 years, we can’t help but want to pull up old photos, posts and videos… and the memories just keep coming at us!! We know You also have many memories of great moments at Phantom over the years, of favorite beers and food, of countless “first dates”, weddings, birthdays, Phantom in-house events, and so much more!! We are preparing a Phantom (1.0) Retrospective Video and Press Release, and we’d love to include some of YOUR favorite moments! We’re working rapidly behind the scenes to make this “Phantom Feature Reel”, and we’d love to include you all, as we do! Important! Phantom Carriage “Relocation” Update As you may have heard, the building we’ve occupied for over 10 years has been sold, and consequently we must either close, or relocate! We’re exploring all options to quickly find a location to continue retail sales, as we set up a new brewing operation. Here’s what we’re looking for: 1. Primary manufacturing location w/ small indoor taproom space, and a large patio. Low cost per square foot, 3 phase power, high ceilings. ~2500 sqft + patio. 2. Immersive Taproom: Ideally night club or small event space, w/ outdoor patio area. Approx. 3500 sq ft indoors, plus large outdoor patio. 3. “Satellite” Taproom: Small space in a larger food court, or multi-vendor “market” space, w/ “common area” seating, or a small retail space in a high traffic retail location. ~ 500 – 1000 sqft. 4. Interim “contract” or “alternating proprietorship” production brewing arrangements. We are assembling a group of qualified potential investors, (ideally with brewery, taproom, property development, culinary or hospitality related backgrounds), as well as synergistic horror/film related enterprises with whom we can leverage our 10 years of operational experience to help make Phantom Carriage 2.0 a reality. We intend to incorporate new and innovative approaches to labor/material costs, Covid safety, and other looming challenges in the hospitality industry.
