I'm so behind on posting finished projects! An old barn in Washoe Valley turned into a home many years ago had a modified workbench as a kitchen for decades. They splurged and got a new kitchen!

A year ago I welcomed the opportunity to learn something new. I became the Assistant Project Manager for a large residential remodel and addition. Fast forward, we are in the final stretch and I'm sad to see it ending. I've been assisting at the project daily for a couple of months now. I've loved every bit of it.
The owners have been incredible to work with. She has an awesome eye and did all of the design. My job was to get the right people to bring their vision to life. Feeling very blessed to have been given this opportunity.
Thank you so much to the people who have trusted me in this position, those who've taken the time to help me learn, those who've been involved in creating this project.

Terrazo for 2! Incline Village home that flooded got an updated look.

This client called in a bit of a panic. They found a fireplace they loved but when they went to install it, it wouldn't fit. They were hoping I might see a way to get it to work. We did! We pulled one of the cabinets, eliminated the sconces and shifted the angle of the wall. Now it fits and looks like it was always there!

This bathroom previously had a tub/shower with a tub you stepped down into. Basically, it was an accident waiting to happen. To stay on budget, we worked with many existing elements. We were able to stay in budget, make it safe, and update the feel of the space overall.

This condo got a face-lift and it looks 30 years younger!

The power of paint. Before and after shots of the same project. Oh, what a difference! Bright oak-orange floors were toned down with a greige paint inside while the outside was refreshed by adding a bit of color.

Mixing neutral tones, patterns and textures to create timeless interiors with charm and interest.

Before and after. We dropped the island to all one level, selected a gorgeous quartzite slab and custom patterned tile splash. To protect the wall, we also tiled the front of the island. I hope you enjoy many family gatherings in your new kitchen Mark and Pam. Thanks for the opportunity to assist you!

Design tip: Don't be afraid to make a splash unique. As trends change it's one of the easiest and least expensive areas to update.
