🚨 We need some good pup models for an outdoor photoshoot on Saturday, July 13th at Prosser Reservoir. We are doing a collaborative shoot with and are looking for some well-behaved dogs to model for us on Saturday morning for about 2-3 hours.

What We Need
2-3 Dogs: They need to have sit, lay down and heal on lock. Dogs must off-leash trained. This outdoor setting will have distractions, so we need some good listeners. 🐶

Outdoorsy Pups: Since this is an outdoor photo shoot (picnic & hike) we are looking for some adventurous looking pups. (sorry 7lbs chihuahuas but sit this one out)

Good Pup Goody Basket (FRESH FOOD)
Photos of Your Pup: will be sharing photos from the shoot so you’ll get some incredible shots of your pup.

This should be a fun morning shoot and hopefully we’ll all get some amazing photos out of it. The plan is to start early so it is cooler, less busy, and nice light.

Full Details: This is a collaboration project for a college student who needed a small local business to do a photo branding package. This is not a paid event for anyone. These photos will be used for the college project and in Good Pup Food LLC’s marketing and website. Dog models will have access to use the photos on their social media.

We will be taking photos in the morning at Prosser Reservoir and the shoot will have a few different scenes we are trying to capture; camping, picnic, and hiking. We will have a staged campsite & picnic area where the dogs will be eating Good Pup fresh dog food (your choice steak or chicken). We will also be taking some hiking photos around the reservoir and general playtime shots.

We love all dogs but we need some well-behaved outdoorsy pups for this specific shoot. 🙏

Happy National Mutt Day! Meet Bella, a super mutt and one of the reason we started Good Pup. Jonathan (co-founder) adopted Bella, a Border Collie/Aussie/Shepard mix when she was 6 months old from a tiny shelter in Mammoth. Bella and Jonathan were inseparable for the next 17 years!!! It wasn’t until the end of Bella’s life that fresh dog food started to pop onto the scene and Jonathan saw the benefits it brought her.

Although she isn’t with us anymore her spirit lives on and was one of the catalyst for wanting to make fresh food more available for all the good pups out there. 🐶

We’ll make a full blog on Bella one day soon because she had a pretty extraordinary life. ❤️
